1. How can I get a sample? How long will it take?

Before getting a sample, please contact us for details or charges.

It will take 3~5 days approximately to ship the sample.

2.What is your payment terms?

Usually by T/T in advance. Deposit should be paid when order is confirmed,and the balance should be paid before shipment.

3. What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?

It'll take 7~15 days usually, based on the quantity.

Cargos will be packed in standard export cartons, or follow your requirements.

Then the cargos will be delivered via Air or sea.

4. What will you do for quality control? 

Our QC department will strictly supervise all the processes before shipping. 

5. What kind of trade terms can you do?

EX-WORKS,FOB,CIF,DDP DDU

6. What is your terms of payment?

50% Mold cost deposit,balance mold cost +50% production cost paid when samples confimed,Balance production cost paid against copy of B/L. We accept T/T

7. Do you support OEM ?

Yes, we can produce by technical drawings or samples. 

8. How about your delivery time?

Generally, it take 40 days ( 30 days do mold and 10 days do mass production).
